Last Cutting is an ode to the ranching communities throughout Colorado and to the beautiful grass that makes my allergies go wild. It is constructed with strips of paper adhered on edge, devoid of any ink or pigments. Form and depth is created by the way in which the piece interacts with light and creates varying shadows. It is encased in a beautiful silver frame with uv-protecting glass
